Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their client's team. This role is integral to the financial operations, providing insights and strategic recommendations to drive business performance and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and analytical capabilities and experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to facilitate strategic planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
• Identify trends and variances in financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• At minimum, must have earned Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Additional Details

The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
